Ben has led leadership and team development workshops in a variety of countries and companies, including Canada, US, Germany and Denmark. His success can be attributed to his highly engaging facilitation style, incessant curiosity and passion for learning. As the creator of Ben Miller Workshops and a Consultant at The Refinery Leadership Partners, Ben brings a business background and unique set of skills. Ben has a Master’s degree from Copenhagen’s Business School’s (CBS) Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship program, where he was awarded a full scholarship for designing and delivering improv-based business leadership programs.  Ben has led business development for the award winning elearning platforms, Pollenize and Knoword, and is a trained Executive and Emotional Intelligence coach. In 2020, Ben completed The Foundations of Neuroleadership and Brain Based Coaching programs from the Neuroleadership Institute.
